I have uninstalled the expired corporate edition of Syamntec AntiVirus from a clients machine that he bought used.
This machine was full of trojans & virus etc and had lots of problems which I have cleaned up.

I use the quick launch toolbar for about 15 regularly used programs.
I manually arrange the icons on the bar in order of usage.
Every time I restart my computer, the toolbar rearranges itself. Is there any way to save the positions so it doesn't rearrange itself anymore?

The IE favories organizer is the worst. It is in need of a majory overhaul, hopefully in IE7.
In the meantime, what do you use to manage your favorites? I have several thousand to work with and it would be great to have a decent interface.

Until yesterday all sent mail had a copy placed in the sent mail folder. Today it does not go there or anywhere else.
Went to Tools|Options|Prefernces|Email Options| and the
'Save copies of messages to sent items folder' is checked.

Xp home computer that had a lot of spyware infestation. Spyware appears to be gone but neither msconfig nor regedit will run except in safe mode.
I was able to run in safe mode and unchecked all the bad stuff but it wont let me in otherwise.
