    File Overwrite Prompt in Macro

    The idea is to output a table as .xls everyday. I have an Access macro that works ok and a batch file that will send the command line and it can be scheduled. Only problem is the overwrite prompt requires manual intervention. Any way to get past that so the entire precedure can be automated? Larry
