I have outlook 2002. Users that are on VPN have reported that the e-mail will not autmatically be sent/received. They must click the send/receive button to get this to happen. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have XP machines. Their drive mappings are disappearing.
The ones that are mapped via script are there. The ones that are manually mapped (with the reconnect at logon checked) disappear once the user logs off and back on. I have also disabled the Fast Logon - still same problem.
