I've noticed that when we move an employee to a new desk that their extension number is retained on the display even though their phone is now active at another location and their old phone has been X ported. We try to make sure the old desk is given a new extension but occasionallu one slips...

We have multiple attendant consoles at our office and I'm trying to find the setting that will make the next incoming call go to the console that is most idle.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

A friends company I'm working with picked up an old Definity G3 to replace the one they had leased. We've got most of the system back to the way it was but the main issue we're having is that when you make an internal call to another extension and no one answers, the call goes into the callers...
