MM doesn't cover when I'm in ESS mode
I switched over to ESS mode and when I hit my message button or try to cover to MM, I get the main greeting from MM and not the actual voicemail box of the person I called.- jacobleightaz

Avaya Modular Messaging question
I have an issue when someone leaves a voicemail for a Modular Messaging user where the voicemail will interupt the caller and state if you want to continue your message hit 2, to re-record press 1. This sounds like the voicemail has lost audio stream for the call. Has anyone experienced this...- jacobleightaz
