    adding local administrator from the command line

    Anybody remember the command line way to add a local administrator to a machine?

    Greyed out "lock computer" button

    When doing a ctrl alt delete on our doc Win 2000 server the lock computer button is greyed out and unusable even when logged in with full permissions. Has anyone come across this before? I seem to remember reading that trojans can have this effect but don't find anyting amiss with a full scan.
