    Entry Intercom - phantom DN can't reach outside...

    Howdy, I've set up an entry intercom with a 2008 set - it's set up as phantom ext., but I've restricted access to the trunk groups so dialing 9 gets a fast busy. The problem is I'd like a speed call or a hotline to an outside number but the ACD still keeps the trunk restriction. Same holds...

    LD 23 - ACD out - I get sch5362

    sch5362 is "cannot remove acd-dn when the ICPM is monitoring it for statistics" I googled for ICPM but it isn't a popular topic - go figure. Does anyone know what this is about?
