    Error deleting member from ACD group "Not accepted"

    Hi, I'm trying to remove an extension from EMG. The operation stops when it's trying to delete a member of an ACD group. If I look in the Feedback window it says: ACGME:DIR=4591; NOT ACCEPTED AGENT LOGGED ON Is it possible to see who is logged on? And how do I logoff the agent?
