    Opinions on this MB/CPU/ RAM upgrade?

    My upgrade to a new motherboard and cpu/ram is as follows: ASUS P4G8X Intel P4 2.4 GHz 533FSB CPU (2) 512 MB DDR-333 RAM New PS rated at 365 Watts I currently have an ASUS CUV4X with a Intel PIII 933 with 1 Gig of ram. Think it's worth the change and trouble?
