    What do you think about the Citrix Knowledgebase

    What is your opinion about the Citrix Knowledgebase (www.citrix.com/support) ? I come there a lot to try to find some answers but 90 out of 100 times I always end up where I started... with no answers. Is it just me or do you have the same experiences.
