Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolving the following events?
- ISDN Unassigned number
- Can’t terminate emergency call
- Drop call codec mismatch
- Eqpt capabilities mismatch

Some calls from out dialler are dropping before the agent answers resulting in one way transmission.
Where can I check the settings for time to disconnect if no answer on CM1.3.1?
We don't have a call logger and we need to know how many calls are being made to a particular number. The number is set up to use the main route pattern for all calls, can I duplicate the route pattern and assign the new route pattern in place of the existing one in the ars ana table?
We have 2 vectors that have there time of day closing hours as all 20:00 to all 08:00 and both have 1 skill each assosciated. The skills are only used by these vectors.
The problem I have is if I run a vector interval time report for 19:45 to 20:30 I can see calls presented to these vectors...
The following "error" was displayed when I was setting up new VDN's
"Number of CMS-measured VDNs exceeds CMS administered maximum"
Anyone know where I can check the limit and/or how do I increase the limit? Is it a licence issue?

If we place a call through our switch (S8700 & G600 running MV1.3.1) and it is answered by a remote IP agent (over a Q931 via a Nortel Passport) and I am put on hold when taken I'm taken off hold the voice path is lost and/or the hold music is like a stuck record...
We have a call center in India running IP phones/Ip soft phone and after the agent finishes a call on the softphone and the call drops, the display on the IP phone stays up!Anyone any idea's why....it has only just started to happen?
Is there any where that provides an overview of the Meridian kit, what boards do what etc?
Trying to get a heads up before an interview next week.

I have recently changed our inbound handling of presented CLI so that we can display a leading 0 and have a continuous number display, no hyphens, for a CTI install.

I need to be able to identify what inbound digits are passed from the definity to the Centre Vu server over ASAI
I have tried li tr st using the ASAI station on the switch (No captured Data)
and li tr vdn (shows trace but...
I need to put a leading 0 at the front of of an incoming CLI (network provider doesn't send it) and have made the following change
National CPN Prefix: 0
This hasn't worked is there any other changes i ned to make?
