Octel 100 Issues
Still learning about PBX and such. I have an Octel 100 with 8 ports, 4 of which are new. Also a Merlin Legend. What is happening is wen people call and zero out to the operator, the get dead air then a messages saying it could not pick up. After hours people are not able to leave a message...- dingwog

Legend Line 802-I message
One extension in the office is having this problem. When line is picked up he does not get dial tone like rest of office(He has to press line button).
