Hi I am getting high context switches on my servers citrix recommends no more than 1000 but they can be anything from 5,000 to 50,000 on my servers. No users seem to have problems. Does anyone else have problem like this and did they try and decrese the amount of switches.

Cannot view print queue on a xerox printer. Keeps saying access denied. The permissions seem to be ok has anyone got any ideas. Im running windows 2000 and the print server is windows nt4. Note im having no problems printing but do have problems viewing the queue. Thanks if you can help
