    formula date sub date = how many days

    looking for formula that could take two date fields subtract them and have how many days apart. and where to place them on possibly query or should it stay in a table and how where to create that table field. Thanks in advance.

    Access DOB/date convert to age

    First my skills may be overstated. Tech/user might be my speed. I added a field to current database for age with a formula =(Now()-[client DOB])/365.25. with format to 0 decimal Works but will not enter data to table only shows on form.

    control on subform visibility

    have subform with 3 link fields to main form. would like to have a command button show subfrom when needed. tried command button to open form and control source link to those fields but would not enter said link fields into table subform is related to.

    Print command button on form

    Would like to know if there is a way to have a command button on a (multi Table ) one form that will print a report of current data that was entered. I currently have a command to open report run off a query with parameter value windows. That too many steps would like simplify it.
