    AW0004 failed to open file !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, The job log shows AW0004 failed to open file with access denied to the various mailboxes. All the permisssion are right and everthing are running ArcServe2000 SP4. I also don't seem to be able to expand the Exchange server icon in the ArcServe Manager to browse the Information Sore etc...

    Hi, I'm running Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP3 DC. Arcserve 2000 running on normal Windows 2000 SP3 server. Configured the database agent for Exchange, working fine for bricklevel backup. Keep getting errors in job log, access denied to backup mailboxes and I can't expand the Exchange...
