    Win 98 shutdown problem

    When user's on the network are accessing a Win 98 machine and open "My Computer" the computer shuts down, any ideas. Regards in advance!

    Explorer.exe problems on opening office applications

    On opening office applications the machine takes a long time to activate the templates. The explorer.exe then generates a message that there were problems. Virus checked the system, all clear. Could it be that the templates are corrupted. Your help would be most appreciated.
