Merlin Magix PRI on DMS-100 Central Office
Waht is the protocol being sent from a DMS-100 providing me with PRI? AT&T is the carrier and the CO is in Manhattan. I am receiving "D" Channel error with ESF, B8ZS, 4ESS and theyb are sending me 3 digits. Help! AT&T can't give me the proper set-up.- CustomPhoneGuy

Merlin Legend R1 to R7 upgrade download.
I am attempting to upgrade a customer to Release 7 from Release 1. There is no PCMCIA card in R1 so I am trying to convert the saved data file from R1 to R7. SPM (Ver. 4.0)say's I can do it and "converts" the information but does not save it to the file name I have created. HELP!- CustomPhoneGuy
