2 Questions, Help please!

Resolution Help
I just formatted my computer, and when now when i go to change the resoultion it freezes when i click the settigns tab. Then it gives a RunDLL erorr and my mouse freezes. Im all out of ideas of what to do. Im gettign realyl pissed now because im stuck in this huge ass 800x600 res. Can anyone...- Mecas
