Hello all. I have a customer that is interested in getting a new phone system and voicemail. There main desire is to be able to call forward their calls to an outside number. I have a customer with a 8x24 Nortel who has a technician who works from home.When a technical question is asked the caller presses an extension # that all tech's have as an answer dn button on phone extensions.I understand that an OPX card will needed but how does it work and what special lines...- rgolf
