Is there a way to deliver voicemails as WAV files without using desktop messaging to convert the original VBK file. I have a client with a full Apple network that wants voicemails delivered as email attachments.
Any ideas or workarounds to make this work. I'm desperate.

I have a client that wants to forward the main line to an outside answering service during off hours. They would like to have it happen automaticaly at a specific time of the evening and then revert back to normal in the AM. They have a MICS 6.1 and a PRI.
I would appreciate some guidance.
Is a hardware VPN connection back to the main BCM site the only way to get an IP phone working? What do people that travel with their IP phones do?

I would assume VPN is the safest but its a bit cumbersome since all our clients use different firewalls.

MICS 6.1 with Call Pilot 100.
When I manualy set the business to closed (F982, the correct CCR greeting plays on incoming calls (non business) but when you press 1 or 2 (set to transfer) it says you have entered an invalid extension.
For some reason the option to enter a CCR key goes away and...

We currently have the NRU 10.0 software. We are trying to perform remote backups of some complex phone systems. Unfortunately, whenever we try to perform the backup on a particular client we get this message; "Map File: AOF01ENG is required". The client has 6.1 software with a Fastrad.

I cant seem to access any features using a Polycom Soundstation on an ATA. I uderstand I need to press flash * and the feature but this does not work. I specifically need to use the conference feature. This is a non Nortel Polycom. Any help would be much appreciated.
