We are getting a problem where calls that are transfered to a Mitel ACD system are bouncing back to the switchboard (SC2000) on a SX2000, rather than queuing on the ACD, after a period of time.
Is there anything I can check which might be causing this?

We are using Cisco 877 ADSL routers at remote sites connecting back to a Cisco 2851 using GRE tunnels. At seemingly random intervals the 877 routers will crash and we loose contact with them and have to power cycle them. Has anyone else come across this problem and found a solution?

We have applied a time range to only allow ip on the dialer1 on the ISDN backup on weekdays (Mon-Fri), but we are finding the ISDN still dials up out of this time range. Can anyone help please? Here are the relevant lines from the config:

I have a PC with XP with a printer shared out on its USB port - it is in the default workgroup.
I also have a laptop connected via wireless which is on a domain (used elsewhere) which will connect to the printer (asks for username and password). However on reboot the printer doesn't connect...
If I monitor Windows servers with snmp polls using SNMPC they can fail to respond at times, whereas if I ping the box it will always reply. Has anyone else come across and is there a reason and even a solution?

Do Windows servers include traps to warn if the hard disc is nearly full, temperature too high or cpu loading very high for example? Do things like this get put in the event log?
I have the following error after restoring a backup to an IBM server with RAID 5 and 3 hard discs
"Windows 2000 could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration

How does a switch deal with different transmission speeds - eg if a port is running at 100meg full duplex is talking to a port that is running at 10meg half duplex?
Can anyone tell me how to set a telnet session timeout on the SX2000? I keep getting problems with the number of telnet sessions exceeded, which can only be cured by a reboot.

We have a problem with our Cisco 7500 router.We are running version 11.2(21)P software on it. After a period of running the router - it drops packets and when you are on the console prompt the response becomes very lumpy. A reboot cures this problem until the next time.

Can anyone suggest a way of terminating all incoming ISDN calls to a Cisco 2600 with an ISDN PRI card, at a certain time of day - so the ISDN calls aren't on all night for example.
