my question is, if I change a users exchange alias in AD, from for instance, abcde to edcba, does this affect any other aspects of Exchange? or do I need to update other areas aswell?

I have just enabled ICS on a windows 2000 pro machine, it assigns all the IP address's fine to the machines that I need it to and everyone can connect.
The problem is, I have a Minolta Magicolour 3100 printer networked and the DHCP from the ICS keeps assigning the printer a new IP...
