Denied in admin
Walked in the morning and find that none of the phones can place an outgoing call. The system looks OK but when tried to place outgoing call, the system says "denied in admin" after dialing "9" and first digit of the number. When placing long distance it says it after dualing...- vadimz

How to disconnect the phone but leave VM and Extension working
Person left the office. I need to use her phone and jack for different user. However, I still need to kepp her extension and voice mail operating. She will pick her voice mails remotely. As soon as I disconnect the phone, extension goes busy. Unfortunately, our telephony IT person left as well...- vadimz
