I have a date or datetime field in the DB and I want to display spaces in the column if the date doesnt match a certain criteria. So I need to create a formula that will replace the data field which will convert the date to string, and either display the datestring or a blank. Any solutions? Doug

I'm in CR8.5 and do a Save As. When the Save As window opens, I select the Enterprise Folder Icon at the lower left of the screen. A logon window appears. I give it the Admin logon and the APS server name (the authentication type is Enterprise). When I click ok NOTHING HAPPENS.

Hi, I have to make a second pass on the DB using a subreport to get some additional values for a text file. When I run the report the subreport data does not show up in the record. If I run the report in Crystal or EXCEL, the field shows up. Any thoughts? TIA ! Doug
