    HELP...PROGRAMMING PROBLEMS

    I AM TRYING TO DESIGN A PROGRAM THAT USING A WEB CAMERA, CAN STORE A SINGLE FRAME ( LIKE A CAMERA) AND STORE THESE IMAGES IN A DATABASE. I AM HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THE CAMERA TO DO THIS.
