Is there a way to use cmd line or tool to help novice users to create a folder structure with predetermined permissions from a template. so that they only need to browse the desired folder path and then create.

I installed from the original CD and set it up to Sync with Outlook as suggested. Not sure if the version of OL is the problem or if Palm is just junk.

I have some computers that when they try to open an attachment from an email they only get the options to Save to Disk or Cancel. They can not open if from within Outlook.
How or where is the setting to change this. I looked under security but nothing there stands out.??

Is there a way to setup a shared printer on the NT4 Server to hand out drivers to a W2k or XP client.
After installing the printer on the server, if an XP or w2k client try to connect to it they are prompted for a driver.

I have setup incoming faxes to fwd to a public folder on Exch 2003, but when users install the shared fax from the server they can't see anything in the Incoming or any history in the Inbox. I can see it all but i have admin rights..

All clients are running Office 2000 installed from an Admin point and I am looking for a way to automat the deployment of Outlook 2003.
THis is an NT 4 Server SP6a, today the system process has been totally hogging the CPU, I rebooted it and it started out around 20-25% of the CPU, within 10min it was in the high 90's again. But it does drop every so often down to low 20's.
I have Trend Antivirus that is up to date and its not...
