What voice mail products (Lucent/Avaya only, please) are compatable with the Partner Plus system? I'm pretty certain that big mail and vs work, but how about a messaging card (new or old version)? Thanks.
How do you determine the system version/release for a legend or merlin mail system? This is a 6-port module or card that is plugged into a legend system.
I have a customer who cannot dial 13 digits for overseas calls...quits dialing after 12 digits. They have a Legend 7.0 with a PRI. The dialtone provider tested and says the switch is prevented from dialing 13 digits. Where in system programming do I go to allow a max of 13 digits?
