I'm fairly new to meridian programming and always get confused between 2216, 2616 & 3820 programming ie some of the phones have key 1 and some don't!
Does anyone have a document showing the different key layouts for each phone type?

We have a secretary that is trying to setup a conf bridge for her manager.
She is dialling the conference bridge number, entering the bridge details and then trying to transfer this to her manager. For some reason it won't let her transfer the call.

Can anyone tell me what the programmable button is used to capture instances of audio difficulty on a 4620.
There is a trunk group exception report on cms which can be used to report on "audio difficulty", I just need to know what the button is to program on each phone.

Our cms server in the UK is collecting data for a switch in the US. When comparing daily agent reports with daily interval reports we seem to be missing 3 hours worth of data. I think the issue may have something to do with when the cms is archiving the daily data. Can anyone help??
We've removed an announcement board but the config is still in place.

Trying to setup MCT recorder but need some help as to how to configure the mct trunk group.
I've created a co trunk & connected this directly to my voice recorder. Unfortunately the trunk group only stays up for approx 1 min before showing "disconnected"

I need to be able to insert 119 before all my outbound calls in order to use an alternate carrier. I think that I do this using route patterns but thought I'd ask for advice before trying it out. What do you think ??
