Inbox (4) yet no unopened e-mails !
The shortcut Inbox in Outlook 2000 shows 4 unopened e-mails i.e it looks like - Inbox(4) When I click on Inbox(4) and all the e-mails are displayed, there are no highlighted un-opened e-mails. If a new e-mail arrives (4) changes to (5), and only the 1 unopened e-mail is highlighted. Why is this...- chriswatson

Sort Order and Case - AWB before AaB !
Is there any way to make the Sort Sequence in Reports to be Case Insensitive ? Current Sequence ABA, ACA, AaA (Upper case has priority) Preferred Sequence AaA, ABA, ACA (Case Insensitive)- chriswatson

Superscripts and Subscripts
Does anyone know if it is possible to enter unlimited superscripts and subscripts in a text box ? There are a limited number in the Character Map for a particular font, but this is not enough. I wish to enter Chemical Formulae e.g H20, but far more complex. Also mathematical formulae e.g. 10...- chriswatson
