I have a script written by a programmer who is no longer around. It is a menu with 5 movies. Each movie runs when the appropriate button is pressed. I now need to get the five movies to run in sequence (without returning to the menu)and then start again from movie 1.

My old computer has Win 98. I am now using Win XP on a new computer and when I clic the 'home' button the menu sxcreen appears but the movie continues on top. I need to get the movie to stop and and unload. Is there a difference with Win XP?

I have produced a Flash sequence and published the file as a self-running exe file.
However I want to transfer it to digital video. I have been told that i need to screen capture the file in MPG format. Is this correct and if so what software do I need?

I have a large audio visual presentation piece and I want it to loop.
On the last frame I have an action gotoAndPlay frame 1. However when it does this it skips the first few sentences of the audio.
Is there a way I can prevent this from happening.

After I have imported an audio file into the Flash library it continues to play even after the stop button on the control panel has been clicked.
If I click the play button on the control panel the audio starts to play and the other one continues so I have 2 sounds running.
I have e-mailed an swf file to two clients and while it plays on my machine it does not play on thiers. Both their machines have the flash player installed.
However when I send the html file with it will play in thier browsers.
The exe file plays on thier machines without problem but of course...
I have a flash movie that had many scenes. The first scene is a menu but when I export the movie it doesn't stop at the menu but plays the next scene. I have a stop action on the menu. Any idea on why this is happening will be most appreciated.
Thanks for the last reply - that looks like it will work. I am making the transition from Director to Flash and I want to keep the timelines small if poss. Can Action script be used to achieve this?
I need to show pictures at specific points during a voice over. It is about 1 minute long so will need to stream.
I have used the if movieTime is x then go next in Director. Need to know the best way to achieve the same effect in Flash.
