Does anyone have a suggestion for hiding agent login numbers so that they do not display when calling internal numbers? We are using CM5.2.1.

Does anyone have an idea on how I would hide the agent login number when an agent calls an internal number? Showing the name is okay, we would like to hide their number.

We currently have some extension in UDP table that will show up in unused extension list and have been used for station numbers that inadvertently re-route the calls. Anyway to block these numbers from use? or at least block them from showing up on an unused extension report?
