Is anyone as frustrated as me with the new HP recovery disk policy. They used to supply a OS disk and a drivers disk. Now you have to make 12 recovery CDs from a disk partition!!!!!!!! and it takes at least 3 hours. Progress????????

I recently changed a users computer from W2k to XP. He uses Outlook 2000 attached to a SMTP mailserver and his .pst file is stored on the PDC. After setting up outlook on his new computer (using his old .pst) the task and calender reminders no longer appear. Any help greatly received.
