    Nortel Option 61C I'm trying to find a way to force all channels on one of my PRI show as busy (BUSY). I know how to disable the channels but is there a way to make the channels busy to check for proper rollover to another PRI?

    Receiving unsolicited faxes

    Just wondering if anyone's found a way to put an end to receiving unsolicited faxes. I have about 75 users using CallPilot desktop messaging and the unsolicited faxes are out of control. Thanks for any advice.
