I am a hpux certified sys admin but I have done quite a lot of windows work over the past few years.
I want to acquire a basic certfication with Microsoft as a sys admin.
What would someone recommend. Any courses or SBT.

Most backup products do not perform any level of database consistency before backing up, therefore they will backup a corrupted db.
What can be done with an exchange 5.5 db to check this and highlight corruption??.
What advantages are there with exchange 2000 and 2003?.

A few months ago I upgraded my AMD 800MHZ desktop PC from Win98 to XP home.
For some reason when I shutdown the PC, it seems to go into restart. Normally I would expect it to power off but the system reboots.
