    Upgrade Exchange 5.5 server from NT-4 to 2000 Server

    I currently have an aging Dell server (single P-500/256MB) running NT-4 that hosts my Exchange 5.5 mail system. I'm thinking about upgrading it either piece meal fashion (RAM & CPU upgrades) or full blown to a dual P-3 or P-4 with 1 gig of RAM. I'm pushing for the second choice. At this time...
