Ok, I assembled a system using a Soyo Dragon Plus, Athlon XP 1900+, 512@266 DDR, GeForce2MX440, and I can't get past the boot menu on a preexistatn windows xp install neither past the post-driver loading on xp install disk. Tried underclocking, tried underclocking memory, tried disabling onboard...
I'm experiencing regular "hiccups" on 3d renders, i.e., the frame rate is great but in every second or so there's a pause between frames, which is very annoying, specially when playing games (I experience this on every 3d game/application I own). I though it might be IDE access coming...
