Ok, I assembled a system using a Soyo Dragon Plus, Athlon XP 1900+, 512@266 DDR, GeForce2MX440, and I can't get past the boot menu on a preexistatn windows xp install neither past the post-driver loading on xp install disk. Cyclic video hiccups
I'm experiencing regular "hiccups" on 3d renders, i.e., the frame rate is great but in every second or so there's a pause between frames, which is very annoying, specially when playing games (I experience this on every 3d game/application I own).
