PC Doesn't turn on with Power Button
My PC doesn't always turn on when I turn on the power button on. It show like it's turning on and then the screen says it's going into the sleep mode. I have to plug it off from the back of the pc and then replug and it starts up fine. It started happening recently - not sure what it is related...- mkhera

Reinstalling Windows 98
It appears that some of my Win 98 (SE) files like winipcfg.exe got corrupt with a virus. Most of the PC functions are working fine. Sometimes it creates problems. Do I have to reinstall Win 98 or is there another way to fix the problem? I have already tried using Systems Information under...- mkhera
