I've got a site using IA770 with CM3.
The time is set correctly on the S8300 Media server, however the time stamps on messages left in the voice mailboxes are off by one hour.
I didn't know of any settings in IA770 for time...does anyone else? Or any thoughts on what I'm missing...
I've installed the patch, but my bcmsvu login does not have adequate permissions for the data pull....
What profile are you all using for this login? Seems like it needs MSPs....and of course all of the docs on Avaya's site are out-dated....

I've got a client with an older (V8) switch looking to bring in a PRI.
Was PRI supported on that software release (I know with V6 it was with additional RTU).

While in the P330 Stack, if I run the "show port" command, it shows the column headers, pauses and then returns to the command prompt without showing any port info.

New office, S8300 / G700 running CM4.0.1.
Users are reporting that sporadically when a call is transferred or goes to voice mail, the call gets dropped around the 24 second mark.
I've confirmed the DS1 programming, made sure the gateways are syncronizing to the pri's, etc...all in all...
Scenario:
We have the 9650 telephones with the PCs tethered.
Question:
Should the 9650 lose connectivity to the PBX, can the Interfaces be changed to pass-through to allow the PC's to operate while the phone is in discovering mode?

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware release to FW18. I've enabled the file system, ftp'd the file to both the root(dir \ from the ftp prompt) and when that didn't work I even tried...
I'm trying to install ASA 4.0 on a user's PC. The installation appears to run fine, however when I try to launch the application nothing happens.
I've opened task manager and tried the launch...I see ASA.exe appear briefly and then quickly disappear...
Anyone have any ideas?

I setup a site with 60+ 9630 IP Sets. One of the units is apparently re-booting once or twice a day. It is the only phone in this environment which is experincing this behavior.
What has been done to date:

I'm setting up a Prologix with CM1.3. I'm trying to install a TN799DP CLAN.
The card is in, no errors reported and the board responds to ping requests.
The problem is that is ALL the board responds to. No ASA connections, no switch link integration in Audix, nothing...
I know it's possible...I've got a client who called Avaya and they showed them how to access the LX via ASA (using telnet and the VM account).
Now I'm trying to re-build an Audix LX and I can't get the Telnet to respond....
Any ideas?
