Unable to extend call to Voicemail on Meridian Attendant PC
On the Meridian Attendant PC, there is a function you can use to drag an extension to an envelope icon which should transfer the incoming call to the extension's voicemail. In our case, when you try to transfer, it goes to the system's main attendant menu(for off hours)...I cannot find...- Francis2000
