    computing difference between 2 times

    Hi. how do I compute the difference between two times? In the result, I want to see the hour difference and minute difference as HH:MM, not just the hour or minute. the time1 and time2 are formatted 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:mm.ss'. I only want the HH:MM part from the computed difference. Thank you.

    Error:Attept to open datawindow failed

    Powerbuilder closes after giving the message " Attept to open datawindow failed" Any ideas? I am using WinXP and PB 8. I was able to work with XP and PB without any problems so I don't think its compatibility issue.

    Hi! How do I convert julian date from a database table to a regular date? I then need to display regular date in a GUI so that the user can select that particular date or enter in the date of their choice. Thanks.

    Hey guys, I needed to know how to create a trigger in Sybase and if I am tracking old date and time how would I do that before it has been overwritten by a new time and date. I need to insert old date and time into a new table. Thanks for your help. peglin
