hey i`ve installed tomcat 4.1 and as i remember, i`ve been never asked for a password. but when i try to connect to tomcat administration or manager, i had to login with name and pass. i look in the tomcat-user.xml, but it`s empty. i`ve login as root on my system(it`s suse8.0) no effect. how...- bepepi
