I have a G4 running a fresh install of MacOS 10.3.9, that only has 2 applications on it: Rumpus FTP server and MS Office 2004
My firewall is reporting that this machine is sending some kind of packet to 255.255.255.255 1440 times a day, which is once every minute.

An ex-employe here set a Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing password on a Win 98 PC. Is there any way to reset this without knowing the old password?
I have full Administrator rights on the PC.
I have a public folder that I know I created for contact info that I cannot change permission on or delete.
When I look at its' properties, there is no permissions tab in the window. When I look at the summary tab, no users with permissions show up in the list- the list is blank!

I have separate Start Menus setup to redirect based upon group membership. It is working fine for about 25 users in 6 different groups. One person's job changed, so I changed her group from ACCT to AR, but she is still getting the ACCT Start Menu.
I am trying to set the TEMP and TMP environment variables via a login script. I neeed to reset the temp location so I can clean out the temp directory with one login script for all users, due to a meesy application that leaves a lot of junk there.
