I installed SUS SP1 and created a Group Policy to setup the Automatic Update settings. When I log on to my client it takes it about 1.5 minutes to complete once I put in my credenials. This won't work. Any ideas?

I have one use who gets at least 15 duplicate emails per email. If I send her one she gets 15 or so. With some emails she only gets one. She is on an Exchange 2000 box with SP3 for Exchange and SP4 for Win2k Server and workstation.
