    Archiving in notes problem...

    When this user is archiving in notes it removes all his calendar information. He needs to be able to archive, but not have effect his calendar in that fashion. Thanks! P.S. I'm new to notes.

    This IDGT 0519 is pointing to this CDGT 5103 which is a ACD. It should be pointing to the extension of 6727. Need help on pointing that IDGT to the correct extension of 6727.

    Over Head Paging System

    On our Option 81, we dial 55 to user the over head paging. Someone has it locked. How do I find out what DN or TN is being used for the 55? I need to reset it so paging goes back off and allow music to play.

    Call Apearance
