We have been requested to block the forward of meeting requests within our originization. I am wondering if there is a possible way to do this in Exchange 2003 as I am only finding articles about possible actions in 2007.

You can connect to the network through the W2K 2000 VPN client(PPTP). Once you are in the network, the WINS doesn't resolve names.
