This happens on my server runing NW6 SP1. When I take down the server it will hang when it tryes to take down "pool sys". Is this a common problem? anyone had experience with this problem.

I use Arcserve2000(runs on windows 2000 server) to back up a server with netware6. The problem is that i get this error message: E8531 Request denied by the client agent. This resoult in faild backup and the nwagent hangs. Does it help to remove the nwagent and copy it back ?
