Unable to access Alias or Virtual Name

ADS Tool to see each workstation or server the user is logged onto ???
Does anyone know of either a built in active directory utility/command line tool or a 3rd party utility that will enable us to enter a user ID and return every workstation or server the user is logged onto in the domain?? Organizing Quick Launch bar in Windows 2000
The windows 2000 quick launch bar re-arranges itself every time the O/S is rebooted regardless of how you placed the items in there. What registry change or other change can be done to prevent windows from doing doing this? Thank you Mike- mikeny961
