    WMP doesn't play audio

    One day I went to open an .avi file and I was asked if I wanted to download some file and like a mororn I said yes and didn't write down the name of the file. The file ran fine and then a few weeks laterr I went back to play something else in WMP and it wouldn't play any audio the visualization...

    new mail

    When the user goes into GroupWise 5.5 for the first time their new mail doesn't appear in bold until they switch folders and go back. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks

    hangs when emptying trash

    A user on our network has reported that whenever she attempts to empty her trash in Group Wise 5.5 her computer freezes and she has to reboot. Has anyone heard of anything like this. -Dave
