I am trying to automate a word mail merge. The data source path changes daily. The data source will always be an XLS file. I'd like a dialog box to prompt the user to enter the folder Name and file name of the data source. Below is an example of what I cam trying to achieve...
When I try to move items from my "inbox" to my personal folder I get the following error;

Is there a way in Exchange 5.5 to have attachment files saved to another location. I would like to have attachment files saved to a NAS unit and not on the exchange server.

I need to be able to track a users email activity. Who this person is send email to and who they are receiving email from and a total number is messages in the users mail box. Is there a way to do so in Exchange 5.5?
