A customer's MICS 5.0 was destroyed by lightning,I have in a temporary cabinet and they are getting a BCM 450,does anyone no of a process to restore the basic programming and make adjustments ? MICS has 1 PRI.

Nortel Flash is not playing the greeting,simply giving the caller the beep at the end of the greeting,signalling them to start recording,this happens on an intermittent basis.
